Generation Zero Free Steam Games in direct link – Pirated-Games.com – Sweden. 1989. When the residents of Östertörn wake to find robots on the rampage, winning becomes living. Alone or with up to three friends, sneak, scavenge and shoot your way to safety across a vast, varied landscape that is as intriguing as it is deadly. A really fun open world game where you have all the freedom to explore Sweden, find weapons, craft and build things around to make up your fortress. Like everything this game has to offer is just plain beautiful! (Aside from small stutters and weird glitches from specific regions but they tend to be fixed so devs got that covered up) The guns are superbly satisfying to use and it never gets old, you also have customizations and can play up to multiple folks together to conquer Sweden back from the evil and menacing robot empire. You have lots of gear and equipment to use and utilize against the robots, especially tools of the trade on throwable items, they’re very useful. Oh and exploration is also really fun too, having so many sights and camera mode given you have plentiful of ways to screenshot great sights and I do have to point out that collectibles are also quite satisfying to collect as well. The game is still in production and gets constant updates, whilst truly maintaining it’s core gameplay and giving more features to rotund around. The game simply fails to paint a vivid picture of the lore. The most important and interesting details of the story are never mentioned in any mission or any other way meanwhile the story-missions that are available tell nothing meaningful. The missions just consist of searching for people and finding them dead. After 1-2 missions you get the point and it quickly becomes more than repetitive. (And there are Notes but Walls-of-Text is NOT storytelling!) There are a number of bugs that influence the game experience: Sometimes you can’t access story-relevant buildings or enemies focus just on one player or enemies don’t use their weapons or enemy bodies disappear after a fight and leave you with no loot. Additionally the weakpoints of the robots seem to not really do anything (which is much better with the ) fighting big robots is just a matter of how long you can hold left-click instead of challenging combat and tactics. This becomes even more tedious because big robots respawn giving you sometimes an unnecessary hard time to get to missions.
If you have friends to play this game, I recommend it to pass the time, but if you’re a solo player, it can get boring quickly. On the other hand, the graphics are excellent and atmospheric, giving you that sense of fear. The world you found yourself in is lifeless (not in a good way); objectives seem repetitive, and most of the time, they’re too far to reach, making it a very long and tedious journey. Unfortunately, the only form of vehicle are bicycles. This is a little hard to control because I often find myself crashing into things a lot, especially when I try to get away from machines. So I find it better to just walk instead of riding one. I also found it frustrating whenever I travel on foot to a new area, and 6-15 enemies are waiting for me. That’s not usually a problem since I can just stealth my way through them, but I explore a new area because that’s where the main objective is, and I usually don’t have a choice but to eliminate them. This leads to another issue, I don’t think the game gives you enough ammo to kill everything you see. I don’t know if that’s intentional, but most of the time, you have to run away from a fight if you don’t have the ammunition to continue. Technically you don’t get stronger by killing enemies; for example, in Fallout 4. Instead, you get skills you can unlock and just give small bonuses; the same can be said for your pieces of equipment. Managing your inventory is straining and tedious. In addition, I believe the UI needs some work because you usually can’t find what you’re looking for. You don’t know what to keep in your inventory; there is no quick sorting for when you are overburdened. You end up just dropping items or heading to a bunker and putting them in a chest. Overall, I believe this game needs some work. For example, killing enemies should feel rewarding instead of collecting parts of them that you don’t really need. Also, maybe add some NPCs, not in DLCs, that can make new players feel less alone in the world. Generation Zero®Free Download Pirated-Games.com
